The Role :

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will :

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow your client portfolio Provide expert advice and market insights to clients and candidates Work in a collaborative, high-energy environment with plenty of support What We're Looking For : 360 Recruitment experience Confident at developing new and existing relationships with clients A self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on results Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for recruitment What's In It for You?
