You'll work closely with the clinical manager and a supportive team to provide person-centred care that truly enhances quality of life.
- Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care and mobility assistance with dignity and respect
- Support daily living tasks, including meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Facilitate meaningful community participation and engagement in activities
- Follow and contribute to the participant's individual care plan
- Promote the participant's independence, choice, and rights
- Maintain a safe environment with sound risk management practices
- Complete accurate, timely documentation in line with NDIS requirements
- Work collaboratively with team members and allied health professionals

- Valid driver's licence and access to a fully insured, reliable vehicle
- Desirable
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs
- Understanding of NDIS plans and participant-led supports

Pay : $36.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours : 20 - 35 per week
