  • What you'll be doing

The Client Success Officer is an integral member of the Monoova team. You will acquire a uniquely broad understanding of all aspects of the business with a focus on our Automated-Payment Services. When faced with a new challenge, your colleagues turn to you for guidance. Your key responsibility will be managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • In this role, you'll be
  • Safeguarding the revenue of the payments business
  • Providing existing clients with excellent, timely, considered service
  • Supporting the effectiveness of the growth team
  • Developing internal and external processes within the broader team
  • Understanding our offering across all business lines
  • Responding to incoming queries of existing clients
  • Building strong relationships with our external service providers and partners to allow you to draw on their resources when needed to service our clients
  • Working closely with sales, compliance and product, you support the onboarding of clients
  • What we need from you
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated high levels of attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and ease in picking up new systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively when necessary
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Honest, reliable and punctual.
  • Your experience and knowledge
  • Highly organised with the ability to effectively time manage and prioritise tasks
  • Some familiarity with finance and / or payments platforms
  • Ability to acquire a sufficiently strong technical understanding of our products and services to be able to respond to client queries in an independent manner
  • Some familiarity with the crypto industry is desirable
