Trainee Store Manager Repco - South / South Eastern

We're currently accepting expressions of interest from experienced team leaders or managers who are looking to move on, try something new, enter a new industry, or diversify their skillset, and who would like to step into a role where the training will be thorough and provide a wide range of experience in various store locations in the South East.

This learning period will take place across multiple stores in the South Eastern / Eastern of Melbourne of Melbourne, to ensure a wide exposure of the company is gained.

• Leadership / supervisory experience
• Understanding or exposure to store financial reporting including P&Ls, rosters and budgets
• Worked within a team to deliver results
• Be comfortable liaising and building relationships with customers and company stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast paced environment

• Hold a valid driver's licence
