  • The role
  • The core purpose of this position is to act as the interface between Ramtaps and our Customers in the key areas of sales orders, pricing enquiries, technical enquiries, and delivery enquiries. As such this position is pivotal to our success and we are looking for a someone who has a friendly, warm personality. Someone who is reliable, has excellent communication skills with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Management and maintenance of internal spreadsheets and data
  • keying sales orders
  • Provide information and advice across our product range
  • Data entry
  • Marketing support in relation to internal and external requests for information such as photographs, and general information.
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent phone manner
  • High level of attention to detail
  • A positive attitude with a strong customer focus
  • Excellent time management + Customer follow up
  • Accurate data entry abilities and highly developed computer skills including a working knowledge Word, Excel and Outlook
  • An ability to be versatile and able to assist in other areas

  • 50,153.40 - $59,999.00 per year
