The newly created role of Organisational Development & Performance Lead encompasses overseeing Goodstart's performance and development frameworks, processes, and systems with the aim of cultivating Goodstart's culture, fostering employee engagement, and facilitating sustained growth. This position involves managing various aspects, including the Goodstart performance and development review cycle, performance management, reward and recognition initiatives, role mapping, talent management, and succession planning.
The Organisational Development & Performance Lead will work closely with the Chief People & Culture Officer to lead the design of tailored organisational performance and development initiatives that ensure the organisation has the culture and capability to meet its strategic and operational objectives.
