As the

• Audience Insights and Analytics Manager
• you'll lead the way in transforming campaign data, audience behaviours, and media trends into actionable insights for our suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders. This is a pivotal role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, commercial impact, and analytical storytelling.
• In this Role
• Be the voice of the data - analyze audience behaviour across retail, social, and traditional media.
• Deliver compelling insights that drive smarter campaigns, sharper targeting, and stronger business results.
• Monitor media trends and competitor activity to fuel innovation in campaign strategies.
• Create and present post-campaign reports (PCRs) that bring performance stories to life.
• Segment audiences and surface patterns using Excel, Power BI, and media monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights are understood, shared, and actioned.
• You're Likely a Match If
• 5-8 years in media analytics, marketing research, or data analysis roles.
• A flair for turning complex data into clear, visual, and compelling narratives.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI wizardry.
• Experience with scan / POS data, shopper behaviour analytics, or Circana / FMCG data (bonus points!).
• A passion for media, data, and the evolving world of Retail Media.
