We’re on the lookout for a friendly, switched-on Service Advisor  to join our busy team. If you’re great with customers, have a passion for the automotive world, and know your way around a workshop schedule, this could be your next move.

Key Responsibilities :

Greeting and communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Booking in customer vehicles for servicing and repairs, understanding their needs and concerns

Providing customers with realistic time frames and cost estimates for the work required

Coordinating with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work

Explaining repair recommendations and options to customers, and obtaining their approval

Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and tactful manner

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and vehicle work

Supporting the team and contributing to a positive, customer-focused work environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient in using automotive service management software and systems

Knowledge of automotive servicing and repair processes

A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
