Our people enable us to make a difference and deliver exceptional experiences to help our customers achieve financial freedom.Your TeamThe FirstChoice Product Integrations team is responsible for strategy, development, design, delivery and ongoing governance of key strategic product enhancements on the FirstChoice platform with particular focus on integrating with external vendors and strategic partnersYour ResponsibilitiesThe major work function of this role is to lead delivery and represent the Director Product Integrations in key projects with external partners and representing those requirements and roadmap into the organisation for delivery.Work closely with the Director of Product Integrations to set, understand and deliver the strategy and roadmapLead discovery and delivery of strategic enhancements of key integrated services and support exploration of new strategic integration opportunitiesEnsure project delivery within risk appetite, timelines and budgetAssist in the analysis of the market and competitor products relative to our own to identify new opportunitiesAd hoc assistance with other related projects or BAU supportMaintain strong and effective relationships with all internal customers and stakeholders.Consistently demonstrate role model behaviour to drive positive cultural change, productive working relationships.Assist with the development and maintenance of governance processes and oversight in line with vendor agreements and SLAsFocus on continuous improvement and use of AI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of our processes both internal and external with partnersYour Capability and ExperienceProven experience and interested in a related role in the Financial Services sector with specific experience with Advisers and data integration technologyA demonstrated commitment to excellence and accuracy.Good problem solving and analytical skills.Excellent written / oral communication skills.Excellent senior stakeholder management skills including experience in leading project changeStrong PC skills, specifically in Microsoft ExcelA team player and self-motivated with an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.Knowledge of Agile project methodology will be desirableWhat to ExpectAt CFS, you'll be working among the very best in the wealth management industry.
