- Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and post-graduate qualifications in relevant field (eg. Health sciences, economics, etc)
- At least 3-5 years experience working within Market Access and / or Pricing with a thorough knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand pharmaceutical reimbursement landscapes
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of comfort working in areas which may not be clearly defined
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities through superior organizational skills and work to deadlines
- Comfortable pivoting between a broad range of responsibilities and taking on additional responsibilities beyond the scope of the role
- Professional level of written and verbal communication skills
- Delivers results using a collaborative, professional and inclusive approach

- Responsibilities
- Gain & maintain access and reimbursement for assigned products in Australia & New Zealand to help deliver Medison's short-, mid-, long-term success, and develop effective access strategies to support the company's future success
- Prepare and / or supervise the preparation of HTA submission dossiers (including PBAC, MSAC, Pharmac and others as needed) under the guidance of the Head of Market Access ANZ
- Contribute Market Access feasibility evaluations and early access insights for Medison ANZ to support business development projects
- Provide support for responding to ad hoc requests and regular business reviews from Medison partner organizations and Global / Regional leadership
- Assist ANZ access project planning and assumptions for budget and long-range plans
- Develop & execute innovative pricing and contracting strategies, within governance, to deliver value to customers and secure an appropriate value capture.
- Analyze and report pricing and utilization data for Medison ANZ products (eg. PBS services and benefits)
- Support management of deeds of agreement as required including invoices and internal reporting and analysis
- Partner effectively with Medison commercial, medical and functional colleagues to support Medison's business and mission
- Maintain effective coordination with Medison's business partners
