Clough , as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering Project ‘CERES’ urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

We are seeking a passionate and culturally grounded Indigenous & Heritage Manager with a connection to the Pilbara—or a strong willingness to learn and engage with local communities—who can help guide our approach to Indigenous engagement, heritage management, and local content.

We are committed to finding the best person for the role and we value flexibility, so we are open to shaping this role around the right candidate, including flexible rosters and or work locations.

Who youare

We are looking for someone who :

• Has a strong connection to or understanding of the Pilbara region—whether through lived experience, community ties, or prior work in the area.
• Is deeply committed to Indigenous empowerment, heritage protection, and social equity.
• Understands and respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and protocols.
• Can build trust and navigate complex stakeholder environments with empathy and integrity.
• May come from a background in community engagement, heritage, workforce development, procurement, or Indigenous affairs—formal qualifications are valued but not essential if lived experience and leadership are present.
• Is collaborative, proactive, and outcomes-focused.
• Has strong communication skills—verbal, written and cross-cultural.
