Through our play-based learning philosophy we are constantly reminded what a wonderous world we live in. You could go from singing Johnny works with One Hammer to a magician or gardener. Of course, you will still be responsible for all of the compliance-based things like safety checks, communicating with families, recording children's progress, routines and interests - but all while creating a safe supportive space where children thrive.

Sparrow Early Learning Coolum boasts a free flow indoor / outdoor program with an amazing outdoor play space. Our team is made up of many long-term and passionate educators. The service is located opposite Coolum State School and within walking distance to the shopping centre. Proudly we are one of the most sought-after services in the community.

What you'll need :

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)Experience in being a pirate finding lost treasure, making potions and singing loudly with little people.Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality StandardsCurrent & Valid Working with Children CheckFirst Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.The Sparrow Benefits
