- You will also bring;
- Previous experience in a prep kitchen or hospital environment is highly desirable.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
- Compliance with HACCP, Food Safety and Workplace, Health and Safety
- Highly Desirable
- Certification in Health Support Services ( Certificate III) and a Food Handling Certificate
- Knowledge of food allergies and special diets would be helpful
- Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, weekend & public holiday shifts.
- Remuneration
- On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $24.87 + casual loading + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

The hospital accommodates 93 beds including a 25 bed Antenatal / Surgical Ward, 7 Birthing Suites, 36 bed Postnatal Ward, Level 4 Special Care Nursery, 4 Operating Theatres, Urodynamics Procedure Room. We also offer a Parenting Program at the Grand Hyatt and outpatient Maternity Care Centre.
