Whether callers are unsure if they should see a doctor or manage their condition at home, you will provide the guidance they need. The Healthdirect Helpline is open 24 / 7, offering health-related advice over the phone. This includes :

• Providing health information and assessing symptoms.
• Conducting comprehensive telephone assessments.
• Recommending the appropriate time and place of care.
• Referring callers to other services such as the GP Helpline, Urgent Care Clinics, and Virtual Emergency Departments.
