About the Role : We're seeking someone who is not only experienced but deeply motivated to inspire, guide, and elevate the work of our team of talented educators. In this pivotal role, you'll work alongside our Centre Manager to :

Mentor, lead, and collaborate with our passionate team of educators

Drive the development, implementation, and review of our educational programs

Cultivate a high-quality learning environment that nurtures each child's potential

Encourage reflective practice, inquiry, and continuous improvement in pedagogy

Champion a culture of curiosity, care, and creativity in everything we do

The Educational Leader role is a key part of our leadership team—one that influences, empowers, and uplifts both children and educators alike.
