- Retail Manager
- to join our team and lead both our in-store and online retail operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and alignment with our brand values.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Retail Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- 2. Online Retail Management
- Manage the online retail platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Regularly update the website with new products, promotions, and engaging content.
- Monitor online sales performance and implement strategies to grow revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute e-commerce campaigns.
- Provide exceptional support to online customers, including handling inquiries, order fulfillment, and issue resolution.
- 3. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage both in-store and online support staff.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment across both retail channels.
- Develop staff knowledge of coffee products, brewing techniques, and e-commerce best practices.
- 4. Customer Experience
- Deliver a high standard of customer service across in-store and online channels.
- Act as a brand ambassador, educating customers about Wolff Coffee Roasters' products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- 5. Sales and Marketing
- Drive sales growth through effective in-store and online marketing strategies, promotions, and events.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth in both channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the in-store and online retail presence.
- 6. Financial Management
- Manage the retail and online retail budgets, including sales targets, expenses, and profitability.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Implement strategies to optimise revenue and reduce costs across both channels.
- Requirements
- Essential
- Proven experience in retail and / or online retail management, preferably within the coffee, food, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management, point-of-sale (POS) systems, e-commerce platforms, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and online sales platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

- Knowledge of specialty coffee and brewing methods.
