This is an 800 bed teaching facility that provides a wide range of services from obstetrics to aged care, rehabilitation, emergency, intensive care, oncology, psychiatric services and Hospital in the Home (HITH). In addition to providing quality, accessible health care they are also a teaching hospital and have a history of contributing to medical research.

The role will involve conducting regular ward rounds, attendance at multidisciplinary team meetings, ambulatory clinics as per roster and participation in the unit training an education programme.
The role will also be required to participate in the unit rotating roster and on-call duties. Supervision and mentoring of junior medical staff will be one of the key responsibilities.
This is a permanent, part-time role 0.5 FTE.
