- Restaurant Manager
- to lead their team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain exceptional service standards and performance.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between front and back-of-house operations including planning the menu
- Handle staff scheduling, rostering, and shift management.
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and ensuring profitability.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in line with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in budgeting, financial management, and stock control.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in monitoring stock levels, order supplies, and managing relationships with suppliers.
- Experience in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in line with health and safety regulations.
