    • Restaurant Manager
    • to lead their team.
    • Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
    • Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain exceptional service standards and performance.
    • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between front and back-of-house operations including planning the menu
    • Handle staff scheduling, rostering, and shift management.
    • Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage relationships with suppliers.
    • Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and ensuring profitability.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in line with health and safety regulations.
    • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive guest experience.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Experience in budgeting, financial management, and stock control.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Experience in monitoring stock levels, order supplies, and managing relationships with suppliers.
    • Experience in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in line with health and safety regulations.

    • Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
    • Pay : $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
