The Role

Kieser is seeking a proactive and hands-on Brand Lead to champion brand consistency and impact across our expanding national clinic network. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and leading one direct report, this role oversees brand execution, asset management, content creation, and social media. Ideal for a skilled brand and communications professional, who enjoys both planning and doing in a small, agile team.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Brand Management - oversee brand consistency by managing inbound requests from clinics and head office teams, developing brand assets and materials, and ensuring all outputs meet brand guidelines and approval processes.
Brand Communications - create and deliver engaging content across a variety of internal and external communication channels, aligning messaging with brand strategy and tone of voice.
Social Media Management - take full ownership of the social media calendar, including planning, ideation, content creation, and scheduling. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to inform future strategy.

This position is based in South Melbourne, VIC at our National Clinic Support office with hybrid working opportunities.

Essential

Qualifications & Experience

Demonstrated experience in leading brand, communications or social media.

Strong written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Skilled in applying brand guidelines, managing approval processes and delivering work within a brand-led framework.

Confident in building and managing stakeholder relationships.

Strong grasp of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) and supporting tools.

Proficient in creative tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Capcut and email marketing tools i.e. Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

Experience in marketing within a multi-site or network-based business environment.

Experience in a healthcare or allied health environment.
