Working as a senior member of the Communication and Change Team and closely with the ICT Branch, including ICT developers, the Digital Content / Web Manager is the technical manager of the CDPP's intranet, public website, Victims and Witnesses microsite and Partner Agency Portal.

The Digital Content / Web Manager will manage all these sites, continually identifying opportunities to enhance those platforms and implement a continuous improvement program to ensure all the CDPP's online communication platforms are effective and aligned with the Government's digital priorities.

They will identify and be the technical lead on key projects to enhance the CDPP's communication platforms and products to better connect with stakeholders. The Digital Content / Web Manager will also be responsible for web analytics and reporting for all sites.

With specialist expertise in developing and delivering sophisticated digital communication products, the Digital Content / Web Manager will also collaborate to develop CDPP's full range of communication platforms, including the use of Microsoft Teams, social media and any emerging channels.
