Our client is a Western Australian leader in the sous vide meat wholesaler in Perth and is requiring additional fulltime factory Food Processing knifehands for their Bentley site.

This role is Monday to Friday (4 : 00am - 12 : 00pm) starting as a casual with Amalgam before potentially transitioning with our client.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for slicing and dicing tasks such as working with different meats, assisting team with basic knife tasks, completing light consistent manual handling of materials, and slicing off fats from meats. You will also need to assist with general floor and cleaning duties as required. On-the-job training will be provided, however, experience will be highly regarded.
