Job description

Who are we?

We are a private practice located in Bendigo, Victoria.

We provide counselling and psychotherapy to adults, children, young people & their families. We offer individual, couple and family counselling.

About the Role

We have a diverse client base with a range of presentations.

We are a high attendance private practice where cancellations are infrequent.

In the instance a cancellation occurs we have a requirement the missed session with less than 24 hours’ notice be paid in full.

Practitioners tend to see 4-6 clients per day with breaks allocated in between or in larger blocks dependant on how you work best.

We value quality therapeutic practice over the quantity of client hours you do, therefore there is opportunity to practice your own self-care between sessions and with other practitioners in the clinic.

We highly value who the therapist is as a person and how this benefits client outcomes through values such as authenticity and integrity in the work you do.

We offer a range of appointment times depending on what works for you and your schedule.

Key Benefits :

  • Administrative services – taking client calls, booking appointments, rescheduling and cancellations
  • Billing and payments – client billing, payment, liaison with NDIS, Medicare, Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) and other third-party funders where applicable
  • Flexible working arrangements – Time / days of the week to suit you
  • An accommodating and welcoming practice location in the heart of the Bendigo CBD
