This role may also extend to offering general support to the leadership team as needed.Your responsibilities will include : Diary Management : Efficiently manage the GM CTO's schedule, coordinating internal and external meetings, ensuring thorough preparation with necessary documents, travel arrangements, and break times.
Proactively manage follow-ups on outstanding business issues.Inbox Management : Oversee and prioritize emails based on urgency and importance, ensuring timely responses and proper filing.Collaboration : Work closely with the Business Manager and EAs across the broader Technology domain and network as required.
Manage travel arrangements, expenses and processing accounts, payments, and reimbursements in a timely and compliant manner via internal IT systems.Travel and Expense Management : Handle travel arrangements, expenses, and processing of accounts, payments, and reimbursements in a timely and compliant manner via internal IT systems.Executive Support : Provide bespoke administrative, operational, and organizational support to a high-profile Executive Leader.Event Management : Support event management, including team offsites, town hall meetings, and other gatherings as required.Stakeholder Engagement : Address various business-related requests from key internal and external stakeholders.What's in it for me?You'll play a significant part of the future of a business that has been around for over 200 years.

You will also effectively communicate with and influence internal stakeholders and possess strong organizational and time management skills.Essential Skills : Previous experience supporting Technology Executives within a large-scale corporate setting with matrix reporting structures (e.g.
Information technology, Banking, Consulting).Exceptional people and relationship management skills.Advanced diary and email management expertise, underpinned by advanced computer literacy (e.g.
