This is a permanent opportunity (guaranteed 38 hours per week) for a Diploma qualified Educator to join our team at our

• Como
• Centre.
• Working 38 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30am to 6.00pm.
• Work collaboratively with children and engage in an Atelier space central to each centre.
• Developing, implementing and evaluating daily care routines and programmes for individual children and groups.
• Building meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their care givers.
• Embrace personal growth and quality improvement through learning and reflective procedures.
• Work in accordance with food safety regulations and the National Quality Standards.

• The Ideal Educator will have
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or hold an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification OR studying towards an approved qualification or be willing to enroll.
• Current Working with Children Card or be willing to obtain one.
• Complete a Medical Clearance confirming fitness to work with children.
• Valid Australian Working Rights.
• Ability to build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their care givers.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with others.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated understanding of 'child safe' environment.
