The roleWe are currently seeking a Principal Technology Officer to provide high level technical expertise, support and administration by maintaining the operational environment and defined enterprise service levels. Are you right for this role?To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate ability to develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes, as well as being able to demonstrate the following :Ability to deliver high quality ICT services to clients of eHealth Queensland, with emphasis analysing situations and successfully implement solutions within a quality framework to meet service agreementsDemonstrated ability in providing high level specialist advice and support of :Cisco hardware, routers and switches and their configurationKnowledge in wireless technologiesKnowledge in load balancingExperience and knowledge in maintaining and administering enterprise datacentresDemonstrated experience or the ability to quickly learn Service Now and ITIL Service Management processes (primarily incident / problem / change / configuration management)High level oral and written communication skills to enable effective interaction in individual and group situations and the ability to maintain relevant system documentationCompetitive salary + generous superannuation and leave loading
