This is a unique opportunity to build and lead local marketing initiatives for a category leader in the home improvement space. With a strategic partnership in place with one of ANZ’s most iconic retailers, you’ll have the platform, products, and brand momentum to make a real impact.

About the Role As the Marketing Manager, you’ll lead all go-to-market and brand activities for the ANZ region, with a sharp focus on building visibility, accelerating sell-through, and supporting in-store and digital campaigns in collaboration with a key retail partner.

You’ll bridge the local market and the global brand team, bringing fresh ideas to the table and tailoring global strategies for local success.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Crafting and executing marketing strategies to boost product performance in-store and online
• Building strong partnerships with retail marketing and buying teams
• Leading campaign planning and execution – from POS to digital and media
• Working cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams
• Monitoring performance and making data-led decisions
• Supporting launches and seasonal campaigns with compelling content
• 5+ years in retail or trade marketing, big-box retail experience essential (e.g. Bunnings, TTI, Mitre 10, Big W, Kmart)
• Hands-on campaign and promotions experience – digital and in-store
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
• A commercial and curious mindset – always looking for new angles and improvements
• A passion for building brands and shaping consumer experience
