Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader for Longwall Rebuilds in Rutherford. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the day to day workshop responsibilities of Longwall rebuild activity from Komatsu Underground Mining equipment.

Demonstrated commitment to Safety
Ability to lead a team to achieve customer timelines.
Cert III Mechanical / Electrical trade qualification.
Extensive experience in the overhaul of Joy Underground mining equipment.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
Understanding quality and test procedures.
Ability to read and understand related engineering drawings and schematics.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Time management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and plan jobs.
Drive 6S and continuous improvement,
Computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office,
Qualifications / Requirements
Post trade qualifications.
Frontline leadership qualification.
Dogging, and Forklift tickets.
Experience with SAP.
