Strings Tutor

Chairo Christian School is a non-denominational Christian school with 1,800 Kinder to Year 12 students attending five picturesque campuses in West and South Gippsland, the Latrobe Valley and the south-eastern outskirts of Melbourne.

We are currently seeking to appoint a

• Strings Tutor
• to provide support to the classroom Music teacher in delivering the Year 2 strings program at our Drouin East campus, commencing in January next year.

In addition, there may be an opportunity to provide individual and / or group tutoring to students participating in the instrumental music program at our Drouin and / or Drouin East campuses.

• Demonstrated commitment to the school's Statement of Faith
• Ability to provide a godly example to students and fellow staff members through their teaching practice, manner, relationships and general lifestyle
• Ability to offer flexible teaching methods to suit individual student needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to create a charismatic and enjoyable teaching environment for students
