Rehabilitation Services
Caulfield Rehabilitation Services provides specialised inpatient rehabilitation for patients recovering from non-traumatic spinal conditions, amputations, and complex multi-trauma. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that supports each patient’s recovery journey and promotes independence.
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on Ward AC3.
Ward AC3 is a 25-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit that provides care for patients with non-traumatic spinal conditions, amputations, and complex multi-trauma.
The ward supports a diverse patient population, often with complex medical, surgical, and psychosocial needs. AC3 offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where interdisciplinary collaboration is essential. The unit is supported by a highly skilled and compassionate multidisciplinary team—including nursing, allied health, medical, and support staff—all working together to provide tailored, goal-directed rehabilitation plans that address both short- and long-term recovery goals.
The Role
The Clinical Support and Development Nurse plays a key leadership role in supporting the growth and capability of the nursing workforce and improving the quality of care provision on the ward. Working alongside the Nurse Unit Manager and supported by the Nursing Education team for the Program, this position focuses on :
