- The Role
Reporting to the Johns Lyng Group State Manager, you will utilise your exceptional organisational, communication and relationship building skills to manage the day-to-day operations of the team. This position reflects the benchmark in expertise, leadership, client and customer engagement and satisfaction for the Group.
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a team of motivated individualsImplement & deliver against tangible business strategiesLook for new business opportunities and manage growthMaintain & develop a consistent team culture, ensuring top staff remain focusedMaintain a business operation which minimises risk & exposure to bad debt & job rectification costsManage internal and external stakeholder expectationsIdentify & promote career progression opportunities for team membersBe engaged & supportive of wider Group goals, strategy & directionEnsure all WH&S requirements are adhered to as prescribed by Legislation & the Johns Lyng GroupKey Selection CriteriaDo you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy?
