About the Opportunity
The Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner supervises a small team of Behaviour Support Practitioners / Behaviour Therapists whilst continuing to conduct assessments, write behavioural support plans and programs, and assist with the implementation of plans. This role allows you to work in a person-centred approach using the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support. We engage with people across the lifespan in the home, community, and school / workplace settings providing varied mediums of engagement. This role really allows both your clinical and leadership skills to flourish.
