As a Senior Relationship Manager, Health and Personal Injury the role will focus on making financial decisions for people who cannot do so for themselves due to catastrophic injury
About the Role :
Develop a thorough understanding of the needs and circumstances of clients so that client needs are effectively managed
Ensure all client correspondence (phone and email) is responded to in a timely and effective manner. Monitor and manage the book of client accounts and ensure awareness of compliance following controls (e.g. overdrawn accounts, uninvested funds)
Work collaboratively with specialist teams to support the service delivery and client experience, including : Advisers, Investment Specialists, Tax specialists, Property and Operations team, and Paraplanners
Actively help your team to resolve complex matters in a timely manner before they are escalated to the State Manager
Manage workload and service milestones in order to achieve timely and quality outcomes for clients
Make decisions on behalf of clients, acting as a fiduciary and being able to communicate these decisions to clients
Review book of accounts to ensure the portfolio model and fee structures are appropriate and correct
Achieve referrals and retention opportunities through active client management and engagement
We’re looking for someone with :
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a role where you have managed client relationships.
Experience working in a client centric business environment
Knowledge of fiduciary relationships
Sound problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong client and stakeholder (internal & external) management skills
Sound communication skills (written and verbal)
Influencing, negotiating and decision-making skills
