• experienced Support Workers with personal care experience to service our clients in the Epping and surrounding area The role consists of :

SIL and Community Participation Support Workers

Supporting participants with a disability.

Teaching and helping with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning and life skills.

Excellent personal care experience, toileting, showering, dressing and grooming.

Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication, life goals and getting to appointments.

Helping them to access community facilities and be included in community groups.

Building a rapport with participants and family members.

We are looking for committed and passionate individuals who :

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside computing skills.

Have an above average proficiency in the English language.

Has the ability to build strong and trusting rapport with adults, children and young people.

Must have own car and prepared to travel within Moss Vale and surrounding.

Able to proactively assess risks and solve problems.

Has excellent professional boundaries.

Be a positive role model.

Is resilient and flexible in your approach.

Has the ability to work in high stress situations.

Has the ability to work within a team environment and independently.

A driver's license with full comprehensive car insurance is required.

Have a First Aid certificate, WWC, Police check or be willing to obtain.
