Job descriptionNotices and claims for variations. Disruptions, delays, prolongation, compression and extension of time. Ensure timely preparation and submission of notices and claims. Ensuring that risks are allocated in the subcontract between the Company and subcontractors after considering the head contract conditions and the ability of the party best able to control the risk. Proven experience in Cost Management, Contract administration or QS role. Must of Civil projects background Tertiary qualified : Minimum Associate Diploma (engineering preferred) or a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Business understanding (market knowledge in the area of work) Proven skills in dispute resolution and negotiation.
