Our client is a leading Media Co. with a large presence across the globe. They are known in the market for their extensive media offerings and services which they provide to their extensive client base.

  • The Role
  • Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the CFO and Chief Marking Officer for a 12 month contract. This is a fast paced role where you will be working across marketing and finance projects whilst ensuring the smooth running of their busy workloads. Your core duties will include :

  • Extensive diary management
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings
  • Booking and coordination of travel
  • Creation and coordination of presentations and correspondence
  • Engage with external stakeholders on behalf of the Directors
  • Event management - coordination of external events
  • Coordination of committee meetings, minutes and item actioning
  • General administration for the wider Executive Team.
  • Provide administrative support across Finance & Marketing projects.
  • About You
  • Previous Personal Assistant or Team Assistant experience, ideally within a marketing department
  • Media, marketing or advertising industry experience (ideal)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects at any one time
