Opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with a leading civil engineering contractor on a water treatment project in Suffolk.

The scheme is part of the wider Sizewell C power station and is valued at £12M, with completion expected in September 2026.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of three days per week on site.

The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, responsibilities include :

• Sub-contract procurement and management
• Providing accurate and detailed cost management and reporting
• Ensuring all commercial objectives are achieved across the project
• Conducting cost value reconciliation and regular cost forecasting
• Preparing and negotiating subcontract and supply chain agreements
• Maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations
