The Workforce Australia for Business Division operates national and local workforce programs and provides strategic policy advice to address workforce challenges. This ranges from the energy transition and net zero to regional and place-based initiatives such as the Local Jobs Program, Employment Facilitators, Harvest Trail Services and Workforce Specialists.
We want people who are keen to understand changing economic conditions and contribute to positive workplace change that will help prepare the Australian workforce for the future.
