Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Technical Business Analystto join an assignment with our client in the mining industry. This role must be based in Perth so person must be living in or willing to move to Perth.
Responsibilities :
Identify Business Needs : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their automation requirements and business objectives during demand kick-off.
Analyse Current Systems : Work with the stakeholders to evaluate existing infrastructure and processes to identify areas for automation.
Collaborate with Technical Teams : Work closely with DevOps engineers, system administrators, and developers to implement the designed automation solutions.
Plan and Coordinate : Work with the PO to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of automation projects.
Develop Training Materials : Work with the DevOps Engineers to create user guides, training manuals, and documentation on SharePoint to help users understand and utilize the Ansible Automation Platform effectively.
Gather Feedback : Track the automation metrics and monitor the performance of implemented automation solutions and gather feedback from users.
Facilitate Communication : Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Oversee Configurations : Oversee the configuration of the Ansible platform, ensuring it aligns with best practices of RedHat and organizational standards.
