    • About the role
    • The Recruitment Business Partner role is responsible for providing high quality talent acquisition services to the Australian business and ensure that new recruits meet the strategic needs of the business. They will guide and support managers in the identification, recruitment and on boarding of the right people, both blue and white collar.

      Manage high volume recruitment across the Australian business. Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future recruitment needs.

      Provide end to end recruitment needs for the business from advertising to onboarding.

    • To be successful in this role, you will
    • Provide a consistent and high-quality service to the company in all recruitment needs, both proactive and reactive.
    • Look for proactive ways to recruit talent.
    • Develop and maintain external relationships with preferred recruitment agencies to secure competitive rates and consistent service.
    • Review existing recruitment process and look for continuous improvement opportunities.
    • Organise pre-employment checks in an effective and efficient manner
    • We are looking for people who
    • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment with an agency or in house.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, results focused and high-volume recruitment environment.
    • Experience with a range of sourcing techniques from traditional to non-traditional.
    • Experience working with universities and Tafe organisations preferable.
    • Process orientated, with excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
    • High resilience level and the ability to cope well under pressure.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Team Tailor.
