  • Description
  • Oversee front office / reception area and telephone
  • Greet visitors and assist them with sign them in via visitor management systems
  • Register visitors with Building Management Concierge Team
  • Manage office stationery and kitchen and catering supplies
  • Manage access / security passes for staff / visitors
  • Arrange couriers and distribution of mail and packages
  • Liaising with IT regarding co-ordination of laptops for new joiners and leavers
  • Locker Management
  • Managing after hours passes
  • Managing fruit and milk deliveries
  • Putting away stock ordered
  • Manage and collect mail
  • Ordering catering for events
  • Assist with setting up for Events in the office
  • Manage kitchen stock
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Providing assistance to general enquiries
  • Maintaining safety and security protocols
  • Assisting transfers with Mobility etc
  • Helping guests with SwipedOn Visitor Management System
  • Assisting CRES Team with any project work, specific tasks
  • Inducting of New Employees
  • Maintaining of Meeting Rooms
  • POC for on-site barista to support with ordering supplies
  • POC for on-site Day
  • Job Types
  • Full-time, Contract
  • Pay : $46,460.00 - $79,085.82 per year

    Schedule :

    • 8 hour shift
    • Monday to Friday
    • Work Authorisation :

    • Australia (preferred)
    • Work Location : In person
