YardSydney, New South Wales, AustraliaWe’re seeking a commercially minded and connected Investor Relations professional to join Yard , a growing non-bank lender and fund manager. This is a rare opportunity to play a foundational role in building out the investor base for the Yard Income Trust , our newly launched mortgage fund.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the capital raising effort for the Yard Income Trust from wholesale investors
- Leverage existing relationships with accountants, wealth managers, and family offices to build a quality investor base
- Develop and execute a targeted investor outreach strategy , including events, presentations, and one-on-one meetings
- Act as the primary contact for investors and potential investors, ensuring a high standard of service and communication
- Work closely with the Managing Director and distribution partners on investor communications, reporting, and marketing
