This position is in our Kindergarten environment, 5 days per week (9am - 2pm) and 5 Hours per day.

At Eden Academy, our centre is a special place designed to nurture young minds and hearts. Operating from 6 : 30am to 6 : 30pm, our space is designed to feel like a home away from home. With natural play environments, open-plan rooms filled with natural light and abundant age-appropriate resources, both indoor and outdoor play areas, we provide the perfect setting for 98 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

About You

You’re a dedicated Inclusion Support Educator with a passion for providing high-quality care and fostering an inclusive learning environment. Your approach empowers children to become independent learners by nurturing their curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness . Through meaningful interactions and engaging conversations, you inspire inquisitive minds and create a strong foundation for their lifelong learning journey.

What You’ll Bring

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Australian working rights
• A professional yet approachable demeanor
• A passion for building connections with families and the community
• A collaborative spirit and love for teamwork
