We are seeking an experiencedCivil Supervisorto join our growing team at JRT Group Yeppoon, QLD. As aCivilSupervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of major subdivisions in the region as well as complex civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive remuneration and excellent opportunities for career development.

We are not offering FIFO or DIDO positions. Must be willing to relocate to the Capricorn Coast. What you'll be doing Supervising teams of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure all work is carried out efficiently and to specificationCoordinating and scheduling daily activities, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress to meet project timelinesIdentifying and resolving any issues or risks that arise, implementing corrective actions as neededEnsuring strict adherence to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulationsMaintaining detailed records and providing progress reports to project managersCollaborating with the project team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savingsProviding on-the-job training and mentoring to less experienced team membersWhat we're looking for Minimum of 2 years experience Supervising within a civil environmentCompetent in the operation of a range of plant and machinery, primarily excavators and skid steersConstruction Induction White CardAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and work plansExcellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailCommitment to safety and the ability to promote a positive safety cultureCurrent Driver's license and own transportInitiative and be able to work without supervisionPhysically fit & able to pass random drug and alcohol testWhat we offer At JRT Group we value our employees and are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
