• Sales experience is preferred. We are looking for a FENCING Sales / Jnr Estimator to join our team at Fence pro installations, a leading fencing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of fencing materials and installation processes.

You will be responsible for meeting with clients to assess their fencing needs, providing accurate cost estimates, and presenting tailored solutions. You'll manage the quoting process, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction from initial contact through to post-installation support. Strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Job Description Meet with clients to understand their fencing needs.

Present company products and offer tailored recommendations.

Build and maintain customer relationships.

Site Assessments & Measurements : Visit job sites to measure and assess conditions for fence installation.

Identify any challenges like terrain or existing structures.

Calculate material, labour, and equipment costs.

Create detailed, competitive quotes with clear pricing and timelines.

Coordination & Follow-Up : Follow up with clients to address questions and ensure satisfaction.

Coordinate with the operations team to schedule installations.

Customer Service : Provide post-sale support and resolve any issues.

Encourage referrals and repeat business.

Collaboration & Internal Communication : Work with installation teams and marketing to ensure smooth project execution.

Administration & Reporting : Track sales leads, quotes, and contracts.

Report progress to management on sales targets.

This role combines sales, estimating, and customer service to ensure successful fencing projects.
