What you’ll be doing :
Outbound calls to warm leads
Providing quotes and following up with clients to convert sales
Supporting clients with new business inquiries and guiding them through the process
Working closely with underwriters and internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions
Helping grow the business while learning everything about the insurance world
Who you are :
You’ve got some sales experience (retail, outbound, or phone-based – all welcome!)
You’re hungry to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
You’re professional, personable, and a real team player
Tier 1 Insurance Broking Certificate is a bonus, but not required – full support provided
