The Role :

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a winning team to achieve sustainable sales growth through consistently delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience . You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values : CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY, and INNOVATE. Your day will involve leading from the front, coaching on the run, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a winning culture within your store and the Retailors community.

Responsibilities include :

• Managing stock processes including preparing stock for sale, stocktake, audits, acceptance, and transfers.
• Ensuring operational compliance within the back of house.
• Inventory management and data accuracy.
• Supporting customer escalations.
• Providing technical support and training for new and existing processes, products, or services.
• Developing a strong business relationship with the outsource Samsung Service team to drive continuous improvement.
• Completion of rosters.
• Coaching and developing your team to support operational areas.
