The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Community Manager (Body Corporate / Strata Manager) to join our dynamic team full-time at our centrally located Bundall office on the Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial schemes with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Attend meetings and provide accurate minute-taking.
- Prepare budgets, review financials, and manage meeting agendas and minutes.
- Respond to correspondence and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Committee members, owners, and other key contacts.
- Engage in business development activities to grow the portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with an Assistant Community Manager and our internal departments.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will possess exceptional customer service skills with a strong ethical approach, along with proven problem-solving and negotiation abilities that are enhanced by a tech-savvy mindset.
You are confident in public speaking, able to conduct thorough research to provide solutions, and maintain a calm demeanour even in high-pressure situations. A proactive and growth-oriented attitude, paired with a commitment to continuous learning, will set you apart as the ideal candidate for this position.
