With over 140 stores across Australia and New Zealand (and plans to grow!), we're on the lookout for an Cluster Manager to help lead our Sydney Metro store network.
As a Cluster Manager you will work with and oversee our multiple locations to create an unforgettable customer experience in store. You will have a passion for customers and teams and be a true business leader with proven results.
About the role
- Leading teams across multiple locations you will be store based for 2-3 days per week
- Make customers and their experience in store your priority
- Lead and inspire your teams and consistently role model and coach high performance in line with our company values
- Achieve sales and KPI targets across your cluster stores
- Manage rosters in line with store trading patterns
- Ensure Visual Merchandising and store presentation standards are exceptional
- Manage stock and prevent loss
- Provide a safe environment for team and customers
