Descriptif mission
SAFRAN Helicopter Engines Australia are seeking a suitably experienced Commercial Manager who is responsible to meet or exceed the monthly / quarterly / yearly sales targets within their area of responsibility.
Reporting to the Commercial and Strategy Manager, the Commercial Manager's main objectives are :
- Increase our Support By the Hour (SBH) penetration within our region
- Ensure our customers are provided with world-class customer support both technically and commercially
- Reporting and the achievement of contract budget performance and target equipment turn times
- Supporting the Customer Support Representative team where applicable in delivering results and collective performance
- Managing assigned Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) financial and strategic objectives
- Negotiating new contract agreements with customers
- Responsible for finding new business opportunities for site growth throughout the region
- Implementation of systems and methods to achieve performance is the responsibility of the position
