Repco Box Hill  are looking to welcome a Full Time Trade Team Leader to join their fantastic team!

Our Trade Team Leaders

• Provide accurate technical parts support to our trade customers, including local workshops and mechanics
• Support a team of Drivers and Parts Interpreters, with a focus on coaching and developing, and coordinating their daily schedules.
• Are team players, and work collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
• Have a safety mindset and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment

All about you :

• Mechanical and / or parts experience required
• Passion for customer service, demonstrating helpful and confident interpersonal skills
• Possess leadership experience or ready for that next step
• Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time;
